Terms of Use

These terms cover the OmniSketch app and the omnisketch.com website, both made by Software Logix LLC (“we”). By using the app or the site, you agree to them.
The app
OmniSketch is licensed to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your art is yours. Sketches you create with OmniSketch belong to you, including commercial use of the images and videos you export.
Our work is ours. The OmniSketch app, its brushes and drawing algorithms, and the OmniSketch name and logo remain the property of Software Logix LLC. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the app itself.
Purchases
Premium features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store settings; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Qualifying purchasers of earlier paid versions of OmniSketch keep access to the classic feature set, verified automatically on your device.
The online gallery
This site displays sketches that users uploaded through past versions of the app. By uploading a sketch, you granted us a non-exclusive license to display it in the gallery; you keep ownership of your work. To have a sketch you uploaded removed, email us.
No warranty
The app and the site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the app will be free of defects or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Logix LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the app or the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be at this page, with its effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
